Our Pizza Dough Ball is free from the Top 8 Allergens. And it is versatile enough to make just about anything! Which is great for those with multiple allergens! Our Customers have made Soft Pretzels, 3 Cheese Bread, Cinnamon Bread, Stromboli, Calzones, Monkey Bread and more! But, it also makes an amazing Thick Crust Pizza. So, if you are sick of thin crackers as a Pizza Dough, make sure you try ours! A hearty Pizza is just a Dough Ball away!

INGREDIENTS: Water, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Baking Soda, Yeast Active Dry, Salt

DIRECTIONS: Let Thaw. Dust with GF flour or Starch, and Roll out. Add desired toppings and bake on a cookie sheet (a Pizza Stone is NOT recommended) for 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Will make a 12" pizza, or roll to half that size and make cheesy bread sticks!
