Shipping policy

Please allow 1–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

If there is any delay, or if an item is out of stock and affecting your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout to discuss next steps.

During high-volume seasons (such as Paczki Month, holidays, and Cider Mill season), processing times may be longer than usual.

Paczki Month, in particular, may require up to 4–6 weeks for processing, depending on when your order is placed.

We encourage customers to use the Notes section at checkout to let us know if you will be away from your shipping address. Please include the dates so we can help ensure your order arrives at a convenient time.

We are unable to ship certain items to specific states or during certain times of the year.

We do not offer frozen shipping.

All packages are packed using starch-based packing peanuts only.

Some items may require adjusted shipping timelines due to their nature. If so, we will contact you to discuss options.

Due to fragility, certain items (such as decorated holiday cookies, pies, and similar baked goods) may not be eligible for shipping—especially for long-distance orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any item(s) or orders if circumstances prevent us from fulfilling them. This may include, but is not limited to:

Weather or temperature concerns

Supply shortages

Product integrity during transit

This applies even after an order confirmation has been issued.

We are located in Michigan and ship via FedEx, which offers multiple delivery options.

Because we do not provide temperature-controlled shipping, we strongly recommend selecting the fastest shipping option, especially for customers located farther away.

We cannot guarantee product freshness or quality if a slower shipping option is chosen for long-distance deliveries.

Orders typically ship Monday–Wednesday, especially for longer-distance deliveries

For nearby locations, shipping may extend to Thursday–Friday

We aim to avoid packages being held in transit over the weekend whenever possible
