If you love Coconut, or even Coconut Cream Pie, you will have to give your overly generous Cupcake a try. These are bigger than our normal cupcakes, and are great to share with someone else. We mix Coconut flakes with a creamy filling, sandwiched in between and on top of our Vanilla Cupcake layers. These can also be made into an 8" round cake, with advanced notice.
