FAQ Paczki Post 2026 - Modified 2/22/26 to reflect Post Fat Tuesday
** We are receiving hundreds of orders right now. Please realize that the shipping times do NOT reflect how long it takes us to FILL your order. It only reflects how long it will take once your order has SHIPPED. Due to high volume, PLEASE read the FAQ below. We have already surpassed the 100 order guarantee to have orders received by Paczki Day, but we have also been able to get way more than that out. We are a small business, and are going as fast as we can to fill as many orders as possible, while also trying to run a store. We are currently looking at approx 2 - 4 weeks delivery time. Please make sure that you are ok with the parameters we have put forth in the FAQ below before putting in your orders.
Also, if you put in your order, but are no longer comfortable with waiting, please reach out to us for your refund. It costs us a lot of money if you dispute it with your credit card instead. Thank you for understanding
Please read this post before reaching out with questions. It covers our most commonly asked questions as well as important dates and details regarding Paczki orders.
1) What ALLERGENS does Paczki contain?
Our Paczki contain the following allergens: Egg, Corn, Soy, and Dairy. The dairy is in the donut itself. No Oats. No Sorghum. Full ingredients on website. As of 2/26, our Lemon filling currently contains ALMONDS
While our standard Paczki flavors do not contain nuts or nut flours, nuts are used in our facility. Due to this, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
2) Is there a MINIMUM amount that I can order? Can I order an assortment?
SHIP OUT: Paczki come in 4 Packs of the same flavor. You can order as many 4 packs as you like. No Assorted available.
3) Do Paczki FREEZE well?
Yes! Buy more and freeze. This is the only time of year that these are available. The Fridge, while ok to store for a few days, dries baked goods out, and is not ideal for long term storage.
4) What
FLAVORS are available? Available Flavors (Online and in Store):

* Naked means your paczki will come with no powdered sugar or chocolate coating. Chocolate is always on the side online only, and depending on weather conditions, powdered sugar may also be on the side.

7) Will you sell Paczki after Fat Tuesday?
Any remaining Paczki will be sold in-store. If quantities allow, leftovers may also be made available online. If we sell out before your order is processed, you will be notified of the cancellation.
8) ONLINE is for SHIP OUT only! Ordering on website, www.glutenfreespecialties.com, means it will show up at your doorstep!
9) If you are a SHIP OUT order… Please note this year's changes!
We ship All over the United States, except AK, HI, and PR.

ORDERING: If you are having trouble accessing our website, please click the website link in the
About section of our Facebook page, on Instagram’s Home page, or search for us on Google and select the website button if you’re unable to type it in directly.
Creating an account is not required, but it is helpful—and free. We do not share your information, and we cannot view your credit card details.
11) We switched to FedEx for shipping. Your shipping total will be visible before checkout. If you are located west of MN, IA, MO, AK, LA, or south of TN and NC, or the further you are away from MI, the more we encourage you to pick the shortest shipping time. It is also best to choose Home, over Ground. Ground will not deliver on weekends. We do not include ice packs. While Paczki will still be good, in order to ensure peak freshness, it is best to choose shortest shipping times. We cannot guarantee freshness if you picked the slowest shipping times. Orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays. Please DOUBLE check that your shipping address is correct. If your order needs a correction, and it is to a different city/state, you may have to put your order in again, and risk losing your place in the order number. Also, I am not able to add items to an existing order, only delete items. You will have to put in an entire new order. If you want all of your items on one order, message me to cancel your first order.
12) We
guaranteed that the first 100 orders only would arrive
by Paczki Day, which has already been surpassed
. Current packing times are 2-4 weeks.
Keep in mind that shipping times increase the farther you are from Michigan.
13) Orders are filled as they are received. If you order other items along with Paczki, your order may not be completed in the order it was placed.
Because most of our focus this month is on Paczki production, other items may not be made in a timely manner. If we are unable to complete those items while processing your order, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed. We will give you 24 hours to respond. If we do not hear back, we will refund the item(s) we dont have, and send out your order. If you want it all on one order, please let me know to cancel your previous order, and you can redo your whole order.
14) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping times do NOT reflect processing times! We are currently looking at 2-4 weeks to ship orders.Please note that we cannot estimate shipping dates. We receive hundreds of orders, and unfortunately we’re unable to respond to individual shipping inquiries. * For a small amount of customers who have used Shop, they have been getting emails that their order has been delivered, even though there was no delivery. IF you do not receive an email from us, with a tracking number included, then your order has not shipped yet.
If you will be away and are unsure whether your order may ship during that time, please let us know in the Order Instructions at checkout so we can avoid shipping while you’re unavailable.
*If you get your Paczki before you intend to eat them, keep Frozen until ready to eat.
Please note: We reserve the right to remove Paczki from the website without warning if circumstances require it. This has occurred in the past due to an overwhelming response.
