Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

2 lbs tub


INGREDIENTS: Sugar Brown Light, Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Sugar Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milk Fat), Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavors, Milk, Rice Flour, Cream, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Eggs, Citric Acid, Corn Syrup, Baking Powder Double Acting, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Salt, Water, Artificial Flavors, Caramel Color, Sodium Benzoate, 


Keep Frozen til ready to use

 DIRECTIONS: Thaw and bring to room temperature. Mix in mixer with paddle until dough becomes soft. You may need to add Water, 1 Tablespoon at a time, as needed. Scoop 2 oz cookie dough (or desired size). Bake at 350 Degrees for 11-14 minutes, or until Cookies are a very light brown (Increase time for larger Cookie sizes)
